摘  要:目的 研究美花铁线莲茎70%乙醇提取物正丁醇萃取部位的化学成分。方法 采用热回流法进行提取,对提取物的正丁醇萃取部位进行分离;运用多种分离手段包括正相硅胶、ODS反相硅胶、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱以及半制备高效液相色谱等进行分离纯化;对单体化合物进行核磁共振和质谱检测,根据波谱数据(1D-NMR、2D-NMR及MS)和理化性质进行结构鉴定。结果 分离得到4个三萜类、3个木脂素类和1个甾醇苷类化合物,分别鉴定为木栓酮(1)、表木栓醇(2)、β-胡萝卜苷(3)、sargentodoside D (4)、落叶松脂醇-4,4’-二-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(5)、落叶松脂醇-4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(6)、sieboldnoside A (7)和huzhangoside C (8)。结论 所有化合物均为首次从本植物中分离得到,化合物4为首次从铁线莲属植物中发现。Objective To study the chemical constituents from the n-butanol fraction of 70% ethanol extraction of the stems of Clematis potaninii.Methods Silica gel, reversed phase ODS, and Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatographies and semi-preparation high performance liquid chromatography were used for separation and purification. The structures of the obtained compounds were identified by their spectral analysis(1D-NMR, 2D-NMR and MS) and physicochemical properties. Results Four triterpenoids, three lignans and one sterol glycoside were isolated and identified as friedelin(1), epifriedelinol(2), β-daucosterol(3), sargentodoside D(4), lariciresinol-4,4’-bis-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(5), lariciresinol-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(6), sieboldnoside A(7) and huzhangoside C(8), respectively. Conclusion All the compounds were isolated from C. potaninii for the first time, whlie compound 4 was the first time found from genus Clematis.
