双歧杆菌三联活菌联合普济痔疮栓治疗痔疮的临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察双歧杆菌三联活菌联合普济痔疮栓治疗痔疮的临床效果。方法选取2020年8月—2021年7月江西省赣州市立医院收治的痔疮(包括内痔、外痔和内外混合痔)患者90例,采用随机数字表法将所有患者分为观察组和对照组各45例。对照组单独使用普济痔疮栓治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予双歧杆菌三联活菌治疗,2组均持续治疗2个月。比较2组患者治疗总有效率、恢复指标、胃肠功能指标及不良反应发生率。结果观察组用药后总有效率为95.56%,高于对照组的80.00%(χ^(2)=5.075,P=0.024);观察组症状消失时间短于对照组、复发时间长于对照组,术后VAS评分低于对照组(P均<0.01);观察组首次排尿时间、首次排便时间和肠鸣音恢复时间均短于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后观察组出现恶心呕吐、腹泻、肛门瘙痒及渗液等总发生率为6.67%,低于对照组的24.44%(χ^(2)=5.414,P=0.020)。结论双歧杆菌三联活菌联合普济痔疮栓治疗痔疮的临床效果显著,能缩短症状改善时间,改善患者胃肠功能,药物安全性较高,利于恢复,值得推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of bifid triple viable capsules combined with Puji hemorrhoids suppository in the treatment of hemorrhoids.Methods From August 2020 to July 2021,90 patients with hemorrhoids(including internal hemorrhoids,external hemorrhoids and internal and external mixed hemorrhoids)admitted to Ganzhou Municipal Hospital were selected,and all patients were divided into the observation group and the control group with 45 cases each by using the random number table method.The control group was treated with Puji hemorrhoids suppository alone,and the observation group was treated with bifid triple viable capsules on the basis of the control group,both groups were treated continuously for 2 months.The total effective rate,recovery index,gastrointestinal function index and adverse reaction rate of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.56%,higher than 80.00%in the control group(χ^(2)=5.075,P=0.024);The symptom disappearance time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the recurrence time was longer than that of the control group,and the postoperative VAS score was lower than that of the control group(all P<0.01);The first urination time,the first defecation time and the recovery time of bowel sounds in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.01);After treatment,the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.67%,lower than 24.44%in the control group(χ^(2)=5.414,P=0.020).Conclusion Bifid triple viable capsules combined with Puji hemorrhoids suppository has significant clinical effect in the treatment of hemorrhoids.It can shorten the time of symptom improvement,improve patients′gastrointestinal function,and has high drug safety,which is conducive to recovery.It is worth popularizing and applying.
