摘 要:目的探讨2型固有淋巴细胞(ILC2)与儿童1型糖尿病(T1DM)的相关性。方法纳入20例T1DM患儿(T1DM组)和20名健康儿童(正常对照组)。收集两组儿童的一般资料,并检测两组儿童的血生化指标(空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、HbA1c、总胆固醇、HDL-C、LDL-C、三酰甘油)、ILC2占外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)比例和血清白细胞介素(IL)-4、IL-5、IL-13水平。分析T1DM患儿ILC2占PBMC比例与其他指标间的相关性。结果与正常对照组比较,T1DM组ILC2占PBMC比例及血清IL-4、IL-5、IL-13水平均升高(均P<0.05)。T1DM患儿ILC2占PBMC比例与空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、HbA1c及血清IL-4、IL-5、IL-13水平均呈正相关(均P<0.05)。结论T1DM患儿体内ILC2增加,其与患儿的血糖控制水平及炎症水平呈正相关,ILC2可能通过与炎症因子相互作用,参与T1DM的发生和发展。Objective To investigate the correlation of type 2 innate lymphoid cell(ILC2)with type 1 diabetes mellitus(T1DM)in children.Methods A total of 20 T1DM children(the T1DM group)and 20 healthy children(the normal control group)were enrolled.The general data of children in both groups were collected,and the serum biochemical indices with respect to fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,HbA1c,total cholesterol,HDL-C,LDL-C and triacylglycerol,and the proportion of ILC2 in peripheral blood mononuclear cell(PBMC),as well as the levels of serum interleukin(IL)-4,IL-5,and IL-13 were detected in both groups.The correlation of the proportion of ILC2 in PMBC with other indices in T1DM children was analyzed.Results Compared with the normal control group,the T1DM group exhibited an elevated proportion of ILC2 in PBMC,and elevated levels of serum IL-4,IL-5 and IL-13(all P<0.05).The proportion of ILC2 in PBMC positively correlated with the levels of fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,HbA1c,and serum IL-4,IL-5 and IL-13 of T1DM children(all P<0.05).Conclusion ILC2 is increased in T1DM children,and positively correlates with blood glucose control level and inflammatory levels of children.ILC2 may be involved in the occurrence and development of T1DM by the interaction with inflammatory factors.
