摘　　要：儿童/青少年性腺功能减退的病因多种多样,且由于在各阶段患儿自身情况不同,使得诊断更加困难。对于性腺功能减退,睾酮替代治疗在多种情况下是唯一的治疗方法,但其在应用方面存有争议。因为儿童/青少年性腺功能减退的鉴别诊断比较困难,且性腺功能减退的治疗方案多为成人设计。对于儿童/青少年的性腺功能减退仍然缺乏标准化的诊断、治疗和监测方案,应根据其的预期治疗目标进行个体化治疗。本研究回顾相关文献并对儿童/青少年性腺功能减退的临床表现、诊断、治疗目的、治疗方式进行综述。The etiology of childhood/adolescent hypogonadism is varied and the diagnosis is more difficult due to the individual condition of the child at each stage.For hypogonadism, testosterone replacement therapy is the only treatment in many cases, but its use is controversial.Because the differential diagnosis of hypogonadism in children/adolescents is difficult, and the treatment of hypogonadism is often designed for adults.There is still a lack of standardized protocols for diagnosis, treatment and monitoring of hypogonadism in children/adolescents, and treatment should be individualized according to its intended treatment goals.This study reviewed the relevant literatures and the clinical manifestations, diagnosis, therapeutic purpose and treatment methods of hypogonadism in children/adolescents.
