脱颗粒细胞后卵胞浆内单精子注射时间对早期胚胎发育的影响

摘　　要：目的 探索不同的脱颗粒细胞时间与卵胞浆内单精子显微注射(ICSI)时间间隔对早期胚胎发育的影响。方法 选取2021年1月至2022年1月于上海中医药大学附属曙光医院生殖医学中心第一次行ICSI治疗的患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,合计169个周期。根据脱颗粒细胞时间与ICSI时间间隔(T)分为3组:A组(37个周期,0.5h0.05)。三组MⅡ率、卵裂率、胚胎形成率、优质胚胎率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);B组正常受精率(2PN率)显著低于C组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随着脱颗粒细胞时间与ICSI注射时间间隔的增加,囊胚形成率呈逐渐下降趋势,其中C组的囊胚形成率显著低于A组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 卵母细胞脱颗粒细胞后0.5~1.5h内行ICSI胚胎发育潜能更高。Objective To analyze the impact of oocyte denudation and microinjection timings on intracytoplasmic sperm injection(ICSI) outcomes. Methods The clinical data of infertility couples undergoing fresh ICSI cycles from January 2021 to January 2022 in Reproductive Medicine Center of Shuguang Hospital of Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were retrospectively studied. A total of 169 ICSI cycles were included in this study. The patients were divided into 3 groups according to the time interval between oocyte denudation and ICSI:group A(n=37,0.5h0.05). The 2PN rate in group B was significantly lower than that in group C, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).With the increase of granulosa cell time and ICSI time interval, the blastocyst formation rate decreased gradually, and the blastocyst formation rate in group C was significantly lower than that in the group A(P<0.05). Conclusions The time interval between oocyte denudation and ICSI between 0.5 and 1.5h may get better embryo quality.
