摘　　要：目的观察蒲灰散外敷对糖尿病患者胰岛素注射致皮下硬结的效果。方法选择2020年1月—2021年8月本院收治的2型糖尿病接受胰岛素治疗的有皮下硬结的患者72例作为研究对象,分为实验组和对照组两组,每组各36例。对照组行胰岛素治疗常规护理,实验组在对照组的基础上采用蒲灰散外敷于胰岛素注射致皮下硬结处。分别比较两组局部皮下硬结大小、皮下硬结分级、皮下硬结疼痛情况、接受胰岛素治疗患者的生活质量情况。结果实验组有效率为83.33%,对照组有效率为47.22%,两组患者差别有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者组间比较“轻度”、“中度”具有统计学差异(P<0.05);实验组的疼痛值低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);接受胰岛素治疗患者的生活治疗量表中“心理状态”比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论蒲灰散外敷治疗轻度和中度皮下硬结安全有效,且能够缓解皮下硬结区域皮肤疼痛感,有助于提高患者的生活质量。Objective To observe the effect of Puhui powder external application on hypodermic induration caused by insulin injection among diabetes patients.Methods Seventy two patients suffered from type 2 diabetes,those were treated with insulin in our hospital and complicated with subcutaneous induration,were enrolled as study subjects,and according to random number table method they were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,36 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care of insulin treatment,and in the experimental group Puhui powder was applied externally on the subcutaneous induration caused by insulin injection on the basis of the control group.The size of local subcutaneous induration,subcutaneous induration grade,subcutaneous induration pain and quality of life of patients receiving insulin treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the experimental group was 83.33%,and that of the control group was 47.22%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The“mild”and“moderate”were statistically different between the two groups(P<0.05).The pain value of the test group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was a statistical difference in the"psychological state"of the patients receiving insulin treatment in the life treatment scale(P<0.05).Conclusions Puhui powder external application is safe and effective in treating mild and moderate subcutaneous induration,and could alleviate the skin pain in the subcutaneous induration area,which is helpful to improve the quality of life of patients.
