地屈孕酮与黄体酮治疗黄体功能不全型先兆流产的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨地屈孕酮与黄体酮治疗黄体功能不全型先兆流产的临床效果。方法选取80例黄体功能不全型先兆流产患者,以随机数字表法分为研究组(40例,采用地屈孕酮与黄体酮治疗)和对照组(40例,给予黄体酮治疗),对比两组治疗效果。结果研究组治疗后的临床总有效率、保胎成功率明显高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组;研究组腹痛、腰痛消失时间及出血停止时间均短于对照组;与治疗前比,治疗后两组血清雌二醇、绒毛膜促性腺激素、孕酮水平均升高,研究组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论黄体功能不全型先兆流产患者应用地屈孕酮与黄体酮治疗可有效缩短症状恢复时间,减少不良反应,调节雌激素水平,提升临床疗效和保胎成功率。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of dydrogesterone and progesterone in the treatment of threatened abortion with luteal insufficiency.Methods 80 cases of threatened abortion with luteal insufficiency were divided into the study group(40 cases,treated with dydrogesterone and progesterone)and the control group(40 cases,treated with progesterone)by random number table method,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate and the success rate of fetal protection in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of control group.The disappearance time of abdominal pain and lumbago and the stopping time of bleeding in the study group were shorter than those in the control group.Compared with before treatment,the serum levels of estradiol,chorionic gonadotropin and progesterone in the two groups increased after treatment,and the study group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dydrogesterone and progesterone can effectively shorten the recovery time of symptoms,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,regulate estrogen levels,improve clinical efficacy and the success rate of pregnancy protection in patients with luteal insufficiency threatened abortion.
