护理干预在妊娠期糖尿病患者的应用

摘　　要：在妊娠期糖尿病治疗过程中,应重视护理干预。妊娠期的护理干预措施包括健康教育、心理护理、饮食和运动护理、孕期监测和药物护理,分娩期和产褥期也应针对患者实际采取不同的护理干预措施,控制患者血糖在正常范围,缓解负性情绪,增强自我管理能力,减少不良妊娠结局,提高产后糖筛查率,降低糖筛查异常率,降低产后糖尿病发生率。During the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus, nursing intervention should be emphasized. Pregnancy nursing intervention including health education, psychological nursing, diet and exercise, monitoring and nursing, drugs during pregnancy and puerperium during delivery should be according to actual patients adopt different nursing intervention measures,control blood sugar in patients with in the normal range, alleviate the negative mood, strengthen self management ability, reduce adverse pregnancy outcomes, increase the rate of postpartum sugar screening, reduce the abnormal rate of sugar screening and reduce the incidence of postpartum diabetes.
