更年期妇女应用性激素补充疗法治疗的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探究更年期妇女应用性激素补充疗法的临床效果。方法选择本院收治的50例更年期妇女作为研究对象,以随机数字表法为分组原则,分为对照组(采用常规保健治疗)、研究组(采用常规保健治疗联合性激素补充治疗),每组均包含25例样本。比较两组患者各项观察指标。结果与治疗前比较,治疗后两组雌二醇、卵泡刺激素及促黄体生成素水平均升高,且研究组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组更年期症状评分相比,研究组低于对照组,两组生存质量评分相比,研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间,两组更年期症状发生率相比,研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论性激素补充疗法能够提高更年期妇女体内性激素水平,减轻更年期症状,改善生活质量。Objective To explore the clinical effect of sex hormone replacement therapy in climacteric women.Methods 50 climacteric women admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects,and the random number table method was used as the grouping principle.The control group(conventional health care treatment)and the study group(conventional health care treatment combined with sex hormone supplement therapy)were obtained,and each group contained 25 samples.The observation indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The levels of estradiol,follicular estrogen and luteinizing hormone were higher in both groups after treatment than before treatment,and which was lower in the study group than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of menopausal symptoms in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of quality of life in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of menopausal symptoms during treatment was lower in the study group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sex hormone replacement therapy can improve the level of sex hormone in menopausal women,reduce menopausal symptoms and improve the quality of life.
