戊酸雌二醇联合抗早孕药物治疗稽留流产的临床应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨戊酸雌二醇联合抗早孕药物对稽留流产患者的治疗效果。方法选取本院收治的32例稽留流产患者,将上述研究对象分为对照组(16例)、研究组(16例),对照组采用清宫术联合常规抗早孕药物治疗,研究组在对照组基础上应用戊酸雌二醇治疗,两组患者均连续治疗6周。比较两组治疗后的流产结果、阴道出血时间、月经复潮时间、妊娠物排出时间,治疗期间的并发症发生情况。结果两组患者治疗后流产失败率、并发症发生率经比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与对照组相比较,研究组阴道出血时间及月经复潮时间、妊娠物排出时间均更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用抗早孕药物联合戊酸雌二醇治疗稽留流产可以缩短患者的阴道出血时间,促进妊娠物完全排出,进而减轻机体损伤,治疗效果显著。Objective To explore the effect of estradiol valerate combined with anti-early pregnancy drugs on patients with missed abortion.Methods 32 patients with missed abortion in our hospital were selected,according to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the study group,16 cases in each group.The control group was treated with uterine curettage combined with conventional anti-pregnancy drugs,and the study group was treated with estradiol valerate on the basis of the control group,both groups were treated for 6 weeks.The results of abortion,vaginal bleeding time,menstruation time,pregnancy discharge time,complications during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in abortion failure rate and complication rate between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the vaginal bleeding time,menstruation time and pregnancy discharge time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of anti-pregnancy drugs combined with estradiol valerate in the treatment of missed abortion can shorten the vaginal bleeding time of missed abortion patients,promote the complete discharge of pregnancy material,and then reduce the body injury,has a high clinical treatment effect.
