妈富隆在人工流产术后月经不调中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨妈富隆在人工流产术后月经不调中的应用效果。方法选择人工流产术后月经不调患者60例,依随机数字表法分为对照组、试验组,各30例。予以对照组常规治疗,于上述基础上予以试验组妈富隆,均治疗3周。对比两组治疗后临床疗效,月经情况,治疗前后雌激素水平及治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,试验组临床总有效率(96.67%)高于对照组(80.00%);与对照组比,试验组阴道出血量更少,月经复潮以及阴道出血时间均更短,月经恢复率更高,痛经率更低;较治疗前,治疗后两组血清促黄体生成素、雌二醇、卵泡刺激素水平均降低,且试验组低于对照组;治疗期间,两组不良反应总发生率比较,试验组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妈富隆治疗人工流产术后月经不调患者可明显改善机体雌激素水平与月经情况,促进月经恢复,降低痛经及不良反应的发生率。Objective To investigate the application effect of marvelon in the treatment of irregular menstruation after induced abortion.Methods A total of 60 patients with irregular menstruation after induced abortion were selected and divided into the control group and the test group according to the random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group were given general treatment,and those in the test group were given marvelon on the basis of the above treatment,all patients were treated for 3 weeks.The clinical efficacy,menstrual conditions,estrogen levels before and after treatment,and adverse reactions during the treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After the treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the test group was 96.67%,which was higher than that of the control group(80.00%).Compared with the control group,the test group had less vaginal bleeding,shorter periods for menorrhagia and vaginal bleeding,higher menstrual recovery rate and lower dysmenorrhea rate.Compared with those before treatment,serum luteinizing hormone,estradiol,follicle-stimulating hormone levels in the two groups decreased after treatment,and those in the test group were lower than those in the control group.During the treatment,the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was lower in the test group than in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Marvelon is effective for treating patients with irregular menstruation after induced abortion,it can obviously improve estrogen level and menstruation,promote menstrual recovery,and reduce the incidence of dysmenorrhea and adverse reactions.
