摘 要:目的探讨剖宫产护理中应用阶段性持续健康教育的临床效果。方法选取40例剖宫产产妇,并通过随机数字表法进行分组,分别为对照组(20例,常规宣教)和观察组(20例,阶段性持续健康教育)。比较两组各项指标。结果观察组、对照组护理后生活质量、健康知识掌握水平评分与护理前进行比较,均升高,组间比较,观察组更高;观察组、对照组护理后心理状态评分均降低,组间比较,观察组更低;观察组、对照组术后恢复时间进行比较,观察组更短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论剖宫产产妇应用阶段性持续健康教育能够改善生活质量,缓解负性情绪,提高健康知识掌握水平,促进恢复。Objective To analyze the application effect of phased continuous health education in cesarean section nursing.Methods A total of 40 cesarean section parturients were selected and divided into the control group(20 cases,routine education)and the observation group(20 cases,phased continuous health education)according to the random number table method.The indexes of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with before nursing,the scores of quality of life and mastery of health knowledge in the two groups increased after nursing,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with before nursing,the mental state scores of the two groups reduced after nursing,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the recovery time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of phased continuous health education in cesarean section women can improve the quality of life,relieve negative emotions,improve the level of health knowledge,and promote recovery.
