女性下生殖道HPV不同感染类型分析及其肛门感染的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨女性下生殖道HPV不同感染类型的分析及其肛门感染的相关性。方法选择2021年2月—2022年6月于本院妇产科门诊就诊并做生殖道HPV分型检查的18-60岁有性生活的妇女443名作为研究对象,并征得病人的同意进行了肛门HPV分型检测。利用透景试剂盒检测人乳头瘤病毒,PCR扩增仪,Luminex 200检测仪进行HPV检测。结果443例女性中,31-40岁年龄组的宫颈标本和肛门标本的HPV感染率分别为13.6%和6.1%,其感染率明显高于其他年龄组(P<0.05);两种标本的HPV亚型分布相比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两种标本的HPV亚型感染率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两种标本感染的多重性分析比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论两种标本的感染类型和感染率及其感染的多重性呈正相关,由此可见女性下生殖道HPV不同感染类型及其肛门感染的情况密切相关,二者联合检测更好地为临床诊断、治疗、疫苗的研发以及分子流行病学调查提供理论依据。Objective To explore the analysis of the different types of HPV infection in female lower genital tract and the correlation with anal infection.Methods 443 women,aged 18-60,had sex,visited the clinic of obstetrics and gynecology in our hospital,and underwent genital HPV typing examination from February 1,2021 to June 30,2022,were enrolled as study subjects.At the same time,with the consent of the patients,they had their anal HPV typing examination.The human papilloma virus was detected by the transparent kit,and HPV was detected by PCR amplification instrument and Luminex 200 detector.Results Among the 443 women,the HPV infection rates of cervical specimens and anal specimens in the age group of 31-40 were 13.6%and 6.1%respectively,which were significantly higher than those of other age groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in HPV sub-type distribution between the two samples(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference in HPV sub-type infection rate between the two samples(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two specimens in multiplicity analysis(P>0.05).Conclusions The infection types,infection rates and multiplicity of the two specimens are positively correlated,which shows that the different infection types of HPV in female lower genital tract are closely related to their anal infections.Combined detection of HPV lower genital tract infection and HPV anal infection could provide theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis,treatment,vaccine development and molecular epidemiological investigation.
