摘  要:为了解决传统串联磁路型混合永磁记忆电机存在的调磁范围受限、调磁电流幅值较高等问题,提出一种新型双层串联永磁记忆电机(dual-layer PM variable flux memory machine,DLPM-VFMM),并针对其设计优化与电磁特性进行研究。首先,基于VFMM特性提出一套多目标设计优化流程,以确定电机初始尺寸;进一步利用有限元对整个电机模型进行参数化建模,并针对VFMM调磁能力及负载稳磁等特殊性能需求,实现参数的相关性分析以及多目标优化设计。在筛选出综合性能较好的模型参数后,分析对比单双层串联混合永磁VFMM的电磁性能。最后,制作DLPM-VFMM样机,并完成实验验证。In order to solve the problems of the traditional series hybrid permanent magnet memory machine,such as limited flux adjustable range and high magnetization current requirement,this paper proposed a novel dual-layer series permanent magnet memory machine(dual-layer PM variable flux memory machine,DLPM-VFMM),and conducted research on its design optimization and electromagnetic characteristics.First,based on the characteristics of VFMM,a set of multi-objective design optimization process was developed to determine the initial size of the proposed DLPM-VFMM.Furthermore,the finite element method was employed to build the proposed machine model parametrically,and realize the specific performance requirements of memory machine such as the flux regulation and the load stabilization capabilities.The correlation analysis of parameters and multi-objective optimization design were discussed.After scanning the model parameters with better comprehensive performance,the electromagnetic performance of the optimized single-and double-layer series hybrid permanent magnet VFMM was analyzed and compared.Finally,the DLPM-VFMM prototype was manufactured,and the experimental verification was completed.
