摘 要:永磁同步电机矢量控制中dq轴电流存在交叉耦合和多种谐波干扰,如逆变器死区、电机磁场分布谐波、电流采样误差等都会带来不同频率的电流谐波,影响电机控制效果。该文提出一种电流环的比例谐振型自抗扰控制(proportional resonance-active disturbance rejection control,PR-ADRC)方法,可以在实现dq轴电流完全解耦的基础上有效抑制各类电流谐波。为消除电机参数摄动对控制器设计的影响,从电机模型出发推导一种和定子电阻无关的电流解耦型ADRC,并在扩张状态观测器中引入比例谐振项,其谐振频率可设置为被抑制电流谐波的频率。通过对提出的PR-ADRC的传递函数分析,说明该方法对电流谐波的抑制机理,同时给出PR-ADRC的参数设计方法和稳定性证明。最后,通过实验验证所提出的PR-ADRC的电流解耦和谐波抑制效果。In the field-oriented control of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM),there are dq axis currents cross coupling effect and current harmonics which result from the inverter dead zone,motor magnetic field distribution harmonics,current sampling error,and etc.They affect severely the motor control performance.In this paper,a proportional resonance active disturbance rejection control(PR-ADRC)method for current loop control was proposed,which can effectively suppress current harmonics as well as dq axis currents decoupling.In order to eliminate the influence of motor parameter perturbation on the controller design,a stator resistance independent ADRC was derived from the motor model,and the proportional resonant term was introduced in the extended state observer.The resonant frequency can be set to the frequency of suppressed current harmonics.The suppression mechanism of current harmonics was explained through the analysis of the transfer function of the proposed PR-ADRC,and the parameter design method and stability proof of PR-ADRC were also given.Finally,the current decoupling and harmonic suppression effect of the proposed PR-ADRC were verified by experiments.
