摘 要:该文是系列论文二,主要对C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2)/O_(2)混合气体在40.5kV瓷柱式断路器中进行短路电流开断实验研究,获得不同开断工况下的电流零区特性,并对比分析混合气体的短路电流开断能力。同时,研究混合气体在短路电流开断后的分解特性,分析在不同开断次数、不同开断电流和不同O_(2)含量条件下分解产物组分的变化规律。研究表明:6%O_(2)含量的5%C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2)混合气体在40.5kV断路器中通过了25kA短路电流等级下单分、重合闸和合分完整循环实验,说明混合气体具备一定的大电流灭弧能力。同时,增加混合气体中的O_(2)含量可将混合气体的开断能力提高10%左右。最后,分析混合气体开断电流后的分解产物,发现提高O_(2)含量可以抑制C_(4)F_(7)N分解,并在一定程度上提高混合气体的灭弧性能。研究结果可为C_(4)F_(7)N混合气体在断路器中的工程应用提供重要参考。In this paper,short circuit current interrupting tests were performed on a 40.5kV live tank circuit breaker by using C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2)/O_(2) mixture as the arc-interruption medium.The characteristics of current zero zone under different breaking conditions were obtained,and the current interruption capability of the mixture was compared and analyzed.Besides,the decomposition property of C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2)/O_(2) mixture after arc interruption was studied.The variations of the decomposition products under different breaking times,currents,and O_(2) contents were analyzed.The results show that the 40.5kV circuit breaker with 5%C_(4)F_(7)N/6%O_(2)/89%CO_(2) mixture passes the complete cycle test of single open breaking,reclosing breaking,and closing-opening breaking.This indicates that the gas mixture has certain large current arc extinguishing ability.However,the 5%C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2) mixed gas with 6%or 20%O_(2) content could not pass the reclosing breaking test under 31.5kA short-circuit current.The experiment shows that increasing the O_(2) content can improve the arc interruption capability of the mixture by about 10%.Finally,the decomposition products after the breaking current of the mixed gas were analyzed.By increasing the O_(2) content,the decomposition of C_(4)F_(7)N can be inhibited and the arc extinguishing performance can be improved.Relevant results provide an important reference for applications of C_(4)F_(7)N mixture in gas circuit breakers.
