取卵手术护理质量敏感指标的建立与评价

摘　　要：目的 探讨护理质量量化管理对取卵患者的影响,为取卵患者的护理质量量化管理提供具体的评价与监测项目的依据。方法 将2022年1-6月取卵的587例患者随机分为对照组与观察组,观察组采用护理质量量化管理指标(结构指标2个,过程指标7个,结果指标5个)进行评价,对照组按照传统的护理质量指标评价,比较两组患者满意度、医生满意度及不良事件发生率。结果 两组患者满意度、医生满意度和不良事件发生率进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 建立取卵手术护理质量敏感指标,将护理敏感指标应用到护理三级质控中,可以有效降低不良事件发生率,有利于不良事件管理和护理质量持续改进,提高患者和医生对护士的满意度,并为取卵手术操作的质量评价提供标准,为规范有关操作和流程提供依据。Objective To explore the influence of nursing quantitative management on egg retrieval patients, and to provide the basis for specific evaluation and monitoring items for the quantitative management of egg retrieval patients.Methods A total of 587 patients who took eggs from January to May of 2021 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The observation group was evaluated by quantitative management indicators of nursing quality(2 structural indicators, 7 process indicators and 5 result indicators), while the control group was evaluated according to traditional nursing quality indicators. The patient satisfaction, doctor satisfaction and incidence of adverse events between the two groups were compared.Results Patient satisfaction, doctor satisfaction and incidence of adverse events between the two groups were compared, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The establishment of nursing quality sensitive indicators for egg taking operation and the application of nursing sensitive indicators to the three-level nursing quality control can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events, contribute to the management of adverse events and the continuous improvement of nursing quality, improve the satisfaction of patients and doctors to nurses, provide standards for the quality evaluation of egg taking operation, and provide basis for standardizing relevant operations and processes.
