摘　　要：目的 研究分层次管理模式在肺结核护理中的应用效果。方法 选取2020年5月至2021年6月郑州市第六人民医院收治的65例肺结核患者,根据随机数表法分为对照组(32例,接受常规护理干预)和试验组(33例,接受分层次管理模式护理),对比两组患者干预前1 d、干预后10 d的肝功能、服药依从性及生化检查数值。结果 干预前,两组患者临床指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,试验组的服药依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者肝功能指标及生化检查指标数值均高于试验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 分层次管理模式护理干预能够有效提升服药依从性,改善生化检查指标,值得临床推广。Objective To study the clinical application effect of hierarchical management mode nursing in pulmonary tuberculosis nursing. Methods A total of 67 cases of tuberculosis patients in Zhengzhou Sixth People’s Hospital from May 2020 to June 2021 were selected. According to the random number method, the patients were divided into control group(33 cases of routine care intervention) and experiment group(34 cases of hierarchical management mode). The liver function, medication compliance and biochemical test values of the two groups were compared 1 d before intervention and 10 d after intervention. Results Before intervention, there were no differences in clinical indicators between the two groups(P>0.05). After intervention, the medication compliance of experimental group was higher than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The liver function indexes and biochemical examination indexes of the control group were higher than those of the experimental group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Hierarchial management mode nursing intervention can effectively improve medication compliance and improve biochemical examination indicators, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
