摘  要:为改善聚丙烯(PP)的结晶性能,以β-成核剂作为添加剂,通过差示扫描量热法对不同熔融指数的PP样品在相同降温速率下的非等温结晶动力学进行了研究,通过Avrami方程以及Jeziorny方法对测试结果进行结晶动力学分析,结果表明:加入β-成核剂提高了PP在降温时的结晶温度,减小了结晶的温度区间,加快了结晶速率。In order to improve the crystallization properties of polypropylene(PP),the non-isothermal crystallization kinetics of PP samples with different melt indices at the same cooling rate were studied by differential scanning calorimetry usingβ-nucleating agent as an additive.The crystallization kinetics were analyzed by Avrami equation and Jeziorny methods.The results show that the addition ofβ-nucleating agent increases the crystallization temperature of PP during cooling,reduces the crystallization temperature range,and accelerates the crystallization rate.
