摘 要:永磁同步电机(PMSM)在变频器驱动下运行时,受变频器所产生的含量较高的时间电流谐波影响,电机的损耗会大幅增加,这将严重影响到电机运行的安全性与稳定性,而通过对电机本体结构进行优化的传统方法所带来的损耗抑制效果有限,不足以解决问题。针对此,从电机的控制策略出发,提出了一种基于谐波注入算法的PMSM损耗抑制方法,通过对成分含量最高的5次、7次时间电流谐波进行抑制,来降低变频器驱动下电机的损耗。以场路耦合联合仿真模型为计算工具来验证算法的有效性,结果表明在加入谐波注入算法后电机的损耗降低了24.9%,所达到的效果较好,为电机的损耗抑制提供了一种参考。When permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) is driven by the inverter, the loss of motor can be greatly increased due to the influence of high content of time current harmonics generated by inverter, which can seriously affect safety and stability of motor operation. However, the loss suppression effect brought by traditional method of optimizing the structure of motor body is limited, which is not enough to solve this problem. For this situation, the control strategy of motor is analyzed, and a loss suppression method for PMSM based on harmonic injection algorithm is proposed. By suppressing 5th and 7th time current harmonics with highest component content, the loss of motor driven by the inverter is reduced. The field-circuit coupling joint simulation model is used as a calculation tool to verify the effectiveness of algorithm. The results show that the loss of motor is reduced by 24.9% after adding harmonic injection algorithm, and the effect of the proposed method is good, which provides a novel method for the loss suppression of motor.
