基于模糊综合评价法的过度旅游市场决策研究——以青岛市旅游市场为例

摘　　要：本文选取模糊综合评价法作为理论基础,结合过度旅游现象的具体特征,构建出包含3个维度共12个指标的评估表,以青岛市旅游市场作为研究对象进行分析研究。研究结果表明:青岛市旅游环境承载力自2016年以来一直处于饱和承载状态,并逐渐趋向超载、严重超载状态;城市客运能力、游客数量、旅游人口压力以及季节性游客集中率为青岛市旅游市场过度现象的主要诱导因素;政府过于重视经济环境而忽视社会环境导致社会环境承载力指标均处于超载状态。因此,本文提出合理优化交通网络建设;景区做好访客管理;推进全域旅游发展以及细分游客市场等建议,以此来提高青岛市旅游环境承载力。This paper selects the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation as the theoretical basis,combines the specifi c characteristics of the excessive tourism phenomenon,constructs an assessment table containing three dimensions with 12 indicators,and analyzes and studies the tourism markets of Qingdao as the research object.The research results show that the tourism environment capacity of Qingdao has been saturated since 2016,and gradually tends to be overloaded and severely overloaded;urban passenger capacity,number of tourists,tourism population pressure,and seasonal tourist concentration rate are the main inducing factors of the excessive tourism markets in Qingdao;the government pays too much attention to the economic environment and neglects the social environment,which leads to the social environment capacity indicators are in overload state.Therefore,this paper proposes to optimize the construction of the transportation network,improve the management of visitors in scenic spots,promote the development of regional tourism and segment the tourist markets to improve the capacity of Qingdao’s tourism.
