共享经济模式下企业发展的金融现象研究

摘　　要：在互联网时代的大背景下,共享经济作为一种新兴的经济形态发展迅速,但现阶段仍处于初级阶段,其理论和实践都不成熟,对其研究也不够深入。本文从共享经济概念出发,分析了国内外学者对该领域的研究现状,并结合当前的社会环境,分析了目前共享经济的发展现状,通过与国外的研究成果进行对比,提出了一些存在问题并总结了未来的发展方向。近年来,国家政策的支持和市场的推动使得大量企业繁荣发展,而企业的繁荣也为政府提供了新的思路来解决融资难题;对于资金需求量大的中小企业可以利用现有的资源优势,以相对低廉的价格获得所需的生产资料,从而降低成本,提高利润率。因此,研究共享经济的金融现象具有一定的现实意义,以期为该行业的健康发展做出贡献。In the background of the Internet era,sharing economy as an emerging economic form is developing fast,but at this stage,it is still in its infancy;its theory and practice are immature,and the research on it is not deep enough.Starting from the concept of sharing economy,this paper analyzes the current situation of scholars’research in this fi eld at home and abroad,and analyzes the current development of sharing economy in light of the current social environment.By comparing with foreign research results,this paper puts forward some existing problems and summarizes the future development direction.In recent years,the support of national policies and the promotion of the market has led to the prosperity and development of a large number of enterprises,and the prosperity of these enterprises has provided the government with new paths to solve the fi nancing problems of enterprises;and small and medium-sized enterprises with large capital demands can also take advantage of their existing resources to obtain the required production materials at relatively low prices,thus reducing costs and increasing profi tability.Therefore,it is of certain practical signifi cance to study the fi nancial phenomena of the sharing economy,aiming to contribute to the healthy development of the industry.
