摘　　要：设计基于ZigBee无线传感网的起重机械设备安全监控系统,来实时监测起重机工况安全,避免危险事故发生。利用分布式思想将系统分为现场、局域和远程三级架构。以CC2530作为ZigBee网络硬件的核心芯片,设置USB和锂电池共同供电电源、串口与调试等单元。研究数据采集模块所需的硬件设备,将监控器模块作为系统硬件核心,从监控单元和显示单元两方面选取相关设施。系统软件中建立分布式分配机制,解决ZigBee无线传感网网址分配问题。采用Cluster-Tree算法简化节点功能,制定更为合理的路由协议,减少系统通信损耗,设计安全监控单元软件流程,完成系统设计。仿真实验表明,该系统采集误差平均值在0.02 V以内,信息丢包率最大值为1.81%,用户量达到200时其信息丢包率为75.4%。The crane equipment safety monitoring system based on ZigBee wireless sensor network is designed to monitor the crane working safety in real time and avoid dangerous accidents.The system can be divided into three levels:field,local and remote.CC2530 is used as the core chip of ZigBee network hardware,USB and lithium batteries are set as power supply,and other units such as serial port and debugging units are set respectively.The hardware equipment required by the data acquisition module is studied,the monitor module is taken as the core of the system hardware,and related facilities are selected from the monitoring unit and display unit.The distributed assignment mechanism is established in the system software to solve the problem of Web address allocation in ZigBee wireless sensor network.Cluster-tree algorithm is adopted to simplify node functions,formulate a more reasonable routing protocol,reduce system communication loss,design the software flow of security monitoring unit,and complete the system design.Simulation experiments show that the average collection error of the system is within 0.02 V,and the maximum information packet loss rate is 1.81%.When the number of users reaches 200,the information packet loss rate is 75.4%.
