摘 要:量子技术中的很多研究需要在极低温(<1 K)环境下进行。温度测量是这些研究的基本环节。极低温温度计在使用前必须进行标定。然而1 K以下温区的温度计和温度计标定几乎被国外少数几家公司垄断,价格昂贵、周期长、维护成本高,极大限制了1 K以下温区研究的开展。为此在自行研制的绝热去磁制冷机基础上搭建了1 K以下温度计的标定平台,并在该平台上标定了自制的氧化钌温度计(温度范围770 mK~6.7 K)。实验结果表明该温度计标定平台可以进行1 K以下温度计的标定。Many studies in quantum technology need to be carried out at ultra-low temperature(<1 K).The measurement temperature is a basic part in these experiments.Thermometers for ultra-low temperature must be calibrated before they are used.However,the thermometers for ultra-low temperature and their calibration service are almost monopolized by a few foreign companies.This makes the use of these calibrated thermometers extremely expensive.This is very disadvantageous to these experiments below 1K.In order to change this situation,a thermometer calibration platform was built on self-developed Adiabatic Demagnetization Refrigerator(ADR)cryostat.On this platform,a batch of homemade ruthenium oxide thermometers were calibrated in the temperature range of 770 mK to 6.7 K.The R-T curves are basically coincident.We can see a consistency in this batch of ruthenium oxide thermometers from the results.The results show that the calibration platform is capable to calibrate thermometers below 1 K.
