摘　　要：某公司400 kt/a硫磺制酸装置运行10年后,余热锅炉的火管发生了爆管事故。介绍了火管爆管事故发生的过程、后处置措施及事故造成的经济损失,从原料品质、工艺参数控制、设备选型、腐蚀机理等方面分析了火管爆管的主要原因,并提出相应的预防措施和建议。After 10 years of operation of a 400 kt/a sulfur-burning sulfuric acid plant, a tube burst accident occurred in the fire tube of the waste heat boiler. The process of fire tube burst accident, treatment measures and the economic loss caused by the accident are introduced, the main causes of fire tube burst are analyzed in terms of feedstock quality, process parameter control, equipment selection, corrosion mechanism, etc., and corresponding preventive measures and recommendations are proposed.
