摘  要:在硫酸系统有机胺脱硫过程中,钠离子大量富集会导致设备堵塞,影响硫酸系统的正常运行。借用TRIZ理论,通过建立物场模型提出冷冻结晶法和离子交换法两种除钠方案,结合实验室小试及现场中试的结果,确定使用离子交换法除钠工艺,并筛选出WZG-1C树脂作为首选树脂,同时对胺液的温度和酸碱性进行优化并用于工业生产,成功解决了有机胺脱硫装置胺液除钠的技术难题。During the organic amine desulfurization process in the sulfuric acid system, a large amount of sodium ion enrichment will lead to equipment blockage and affect the normal operation of the sulfuric acid system. Based on TRIZ theory, two sodium removal schemes, freezing crystallization method and ion exchange method are proposed through the establishment of a physical field model. Based on the results of the laboratory test and field pilot test,the ion exchange method is used to remove sodium, and WZG-1C is screened out. As the preferred resin, the temperature and acidity and alkalinity of the amine liquid are optimized and used in industrial production, successfully solving the technical problem of removing sodium from the amine liquid in the organic amine desulfurization unit.
