摘  要:针对小型化剂量率测量仪的设计要求,采用多像素光子计数器(multi-pixel photon counter,MPPC)与CsI(Tl)闪烁体耦合制作了剂量率测量仪的探头,设计了探头的电源电路,信号滤波放大电路及幅度甄别电路等,并对设计的硬件电路进行实际测试,通过Arduino单片机处理后得到实时剂量率。测试结果表明:信号放大电路输出信号上升沿宽度为0.2~0.5μs,脉冲宽度约为2μs,最大信噪比约为40 dB;幅度甄别电路输出3.3 V的逻辑电平进入单片机计数并进行处理后得到剂量率最大值为200μSv·h^(-1),相对偏差小于5%,电路总功耗为104 mW。In this paper,the probe of the GM counter dose-rate measuring instrument is made by coupling the multi-pixel photon counter(MPPC)and CsI(Tl)scintillator.The power supply circuit,signal filtering,amplification circuit,and amplitude discrimination circuit of the probe are designed.The hardware circuit designed is actually tested,and the real-time dose rate is obtained after being processed by Arduino microcontroller.The research results show that the width of the rising edge of the output signal of the signal amplification circuit is 0.2~0.5μs,the pulse width is about 2μs,and the maximum signal-to-noise ratio is about 40 dB.The 3.3 V logic level output of the amplitude screening circuit is counted and processed by the single chip microcomputer to obtain a maximum dose rate of 200μSv·h^(-1).The relative deviation is less than 5%,and the total power consumption of the circuit is 104 mW.
