摘　　要：为提升大能量脉冲放电引发非链式HF/DF激光器重复频率运行的稳定性,研制了紧凑型高功率100 Hz重复频率触发管型气体火花开关。利用有限元方法理论分析了开关间隙电场强度分布,优化设计了开关的触发结构;实验研究了开关的触发特性,优选工作在快触发机制下的开关。在此基础上通过调节气压、气流速率、电压和重复频率等实验条件,研究了开关重复频率运行特性,获得了开关重复频率运行的规律。实验结果表明,增大电压和重复频率不利于开关的稳定运行,增加气压和进行吹气可提高开关运行的稳定性。当开关气压不小于0.425 MPa,气流速率约为5 m·s^(-1),电压为-30 kV,重复频率为100 Hz运转时,开关无自放电现象,运行稳定可靠。研制的触发管型三电极气体火花开关应用于放电引发非链式HF/DF激光器,可实现HF/DF激光器100 Hz重复频率连续稳定可靠运转的时间达10 s量级。To improve repetition frequency operation stability of the electric discharge initiated non-chain HF/DF laser with high pulsed energy,a compact high power trigatron gas spark switch with 100 Hz repetition frequency mode is developed.By using the finite element method,the electric field distribution of trigatron gas spark switch is analyzed,and the trigatron gas spark switch structure is optimized.The triggering characteristics of the switch are studied experimentally,and the switch operating under fast trigger mechanism is preferred.On this basis,by adjusting the operating conditions,such as air pressure,air flow rate,voltage,and repetition frequency,the operating stability of the switch in repetition frequency mode is studied experimentally,and the law for operating stability of the switch is obtained.The experimental results show that increasing the voltage and the repetition frequency are not conducive to the stable operation of the switch,and increasing the air pressure and blowing can improve the operation stability of the switch.When the switch air pressure is not less than 0.425 MPa,and the air flow rate is about 5 m·s^(-1),under the voltage of-30 kV and 100 Hz repetition frequency operation,the switch has no self discharge phenomenon and operates stably and reliably.The trigatron gas spark switch developed is applied to discharge triggered non chain HF/DF laser,which can realize stable and reliable operation of HF/DF laser at 100 Hz repetition frequency for 10 s continuously.
