摘  要:针对FLTD型驱动源大规模气体开关同步触发问题,提出了一种单级FLTD模块内置触发支路、共用腔体FLTD组件触发延时线触发、单路FLTD级联触发的内置级联同步触发新方法,研究获得了内置级联触发方式下共用腔体内部触发脉冲产生和传输规律;建立了12级串联共用腔体FLTD实验平台,实验验证了内置同步触发方法可行性,实现了引入1路脉冲同步触发12级串联FLTD模块,大幅降低了引入触发脉冲数目和触发系统规模。实验结果表明:内置级联触发方法可实现单路FLTD内开关按理想时序触发,各级触发支路开关抖动小于2 ns,通过调节触发支路开关工作系数,可实现单路FLTD导通时序调控,时序系数范围为0.83~1.17。A new method of built-in cascaded synchronous trigger is proposed,which includes the built-in trigger brick of single-stage fast linear transformer driver(FLTD)module,the high-voltage delay line trigger of common cavity FLTD module,and the cascade trigger of single-channel FLTD.The generation and transmission rules of trigger pulse in the common cavity with the built-in cascade trigger mode are obtained.An experimental platform with 12 stages common cavity FLTD isestablished.The experiment verified the feasibility of the built-in synchronous trigger method,realized the introduction of 1 channel pulse to trigger 12 stage serial FLTD modules synchronously,and greatly reduced the number of introduced trigger pulses and the scale of the trigger system.The experimental results show that the built-in cascade trigger method can achieve the ideal timing trigger of the switches in the single FLTD module,and the switch jitter of trigger brick switches at all levels is less than 2 ns.By adjusting the operating coefficient of the trigger brick switch,the timing regulation of the single FLTD conduction can be realized,and the timing coefficient range from 0.83 to 1.17.
