场畸变型气体开关高重复频率运行特性研究

摘　　要：为研究场畸变型气体开关的高重复频率运行特性,组建了一个测试用重复频率纳秒脉冲电源,由高压直流电源、脉冲形成线和待测气体开关及触发电路、匹配负载和吹气风机组成,可产生峰值为几十千伏、脉宽为80 ns的准方波脉冲。测试结果表明:输出脉冲序列中存在低幅值脉冲,开关自击穿方式工作时的最高重复频率约为260 Hz;开关触发方式工作时,重复频率随欠压比降低而升高,最高可达1.8 kHz,此时欠压比为0.6,提高重复频率后输出的低幅值脉冲消失。实验还发现,场畸变型开关在较高重复频率运行时,触发电路中的耦合电容和开关电极间的分布电容会影响开关的工作状态;采用吹气措施后,开关气体绝缘恢复特性变好,输出的低幅值脉冲基本消失,相同欠压比下可达到更高的重复频率。In this paper,a repetition frequency nanosecond pulse power supply consisting of a high-voltage DC power supply,a pulse forming line,a gas switch to be tested and its trigger circuit,a matching load,and a blower is developed to study the high repetition frequency operation characteristics of the field distortion gas switch.The power supply can generate quasi square wave pulse with peak value of ten of kV and pulse width of 80 ns.The test results show that there are low amplitude pulses in the output pulses sequence,and the maximum repetition frequency of the switch is about 260 Hz when it operates in self breakdown mode.When the switch works in trigger mode,the repetition frequency of the switch increases with the decrease of undervoltage ratio,and the highest repetition frequency can reach 1.8 kHz when the undervoltage ratio is 0.6.The low amplitude pulse output disappears after the repetition frequency is increased.The experiment also shows that when the field distortion switch operates at high repetition frequency,the coupling capacitance in the trigger circuit and the electrode distribution capacitor affect the working state of the distortion switch.After the switch adopts air blowing measures,the gas insulation recovery characteristic become better,the low amplitude output pulses basically disappears,and the higher repetition frequency can be achieved at the same undervoltage ratio.
