摘  要:网栅周期是金属网栅重要的结构参数之一,影响着网栅的电磁屏蔽效率。利用等效周期代替实际周期对图形复杂金属网栅的屏蔽效率进行理论计算,提出了一种基于分割面积加权的多子圆圆环金属网栅的等效周期计算方法,并结合等效薄膜法计算了网栅的屏蔽效率。将计算结果与电磁仿真软件CST Studio Suite的仿真结果进行了比对,验证了该方法的准确性。最后,考虑了子圆环转角、子圆环数及入射波偏振状态等因素,分析了不同条件下金属圆环网栅电磁屏蔽效率的变化趋势。研究结果表明:随子圆环数量的增加,入射偏振态和子圆环旋转角度对屏蔽效率的影响呈现出减小的趋势,使屏蔽效果更加均衡。Grid period is one of the important structural parameters of metal grid,which affects the electromagnetic shielding efficiency of grid.For metal grids with complex patterns,the equivalent period is used to replace the actual period for theoretical calculation of shielding efficiency.In this paper,a method for calculating the equivalent period of the multi-circle metal grid based on the weight of the divided area is proposed,and the shielding efficiency of the grid is calculated by combining the equivalent film method.The calculation results are compared with the simulation results of electromagnetic simulation software CST Studio Suite(CST),and the accuracy of this method is verified.Finally,considering the sub-circular ring angle,the number of sub rings and the polarization state of the incident wave,the changing trend of the electromagnetic shielding efficiency of the metal ring grid structure under different conditions is analyzed.The results show that with the increase of the number of sub rings,the influence of the incident polarization state and the rotation angle of the sub-circular rings on the shielding efficiency decreases,making the shielding effect more balanced.
