摘  要:为了对某型履带车辆底盘电源电气系统中配电盒、控制面板等部件进行检测,并能保证平战通用的测试需求,本文设计并实现了一种便携式手持测试仪,使用ST公司的STM32H743芯片作为高性能嵌入式核心进行嵌入式软硬件开发,采用DGUS开发平台进行上位机界面软件开发,以对被测件的总线通信、配电控制、信号采集等功能进行在线测试,能够快速检测出系统故障并分析判断,实现故障定位。实测结果表明,该便携式手持测试仪具有故障定位准确、稳定可靠、易于用户操作等特点,最大化满足基地级以及部队级修理机构的多种使用场景需求,提升了检测效率。In order to test the components such as distribution box and control panel in the classis power supply and electrical system of a tracked vehicle, and ensure the common test requirements in peacetime and war. This paper designs and implements a portable handheld tester. ST ‘ chip STM32H743 is used as the high-performance embedded core to develop embedded software and hardware, and DGUS development platform is used to develop the upper computer interface software. The bus communication, power distribution control,signal acquisition and other functions of the tested parts can be quickly tested online. In addition, it can quickly detect and analyze system faults, and realize fault location. The test results show that the portable handheld tester has the characteristics of accurate fault location, stability and reliability,and easy to operate. It can maximally meet the requirements of various use scenarios of base level and troop level repair mechanisms, and improve the detection efficiency.
