摘　　要：目前,智能仪器通常配置有通信接口和底层驱动程序,为实现计算机控制智能仪器奠定了技术基础。函数信号发生器作为一类重要的信号源,在电子产品的测试中有着广泛的应用。为了适应电子行业测试需求,本文设计了函数信号发生器程控软件,通过SCPI(Standard Commands for Programmable Instruments)命令系统,运用MATLAB编程环境中的App Designer模块设计出该程控软件,实现了SDG 6000X-E型的函数信号发生器的常用功能。实验测试表明,本文设计的函数信号发生器程控软件功能多、可操控性好,具有较强的工程实用价值。Intelligent instruments are usually equipped with communication interfaces and bottom drivers,which lays a technical foundation for the realization of computer-controlled equipment and instruments.As an important signal generator, function signal generator is widely used in the testing of electronic products. In order to meet the testing needs of the electronic industry, this paper designs the program control software of the function signal generator, which is designed by using the App Designer module in the MATLAB programming environment through the SCPI communication protocol. The experimental test shows that the program control software of the function signal generator designed in this paper has beautiful interface and good controllability, realizes the common functions of the SDG 6000X-E function signal generator, and has strong engineering practicability.
