摘　　要：敷形涂层是保护电子器件免受使用环境损害的一种有效方法。本文对常见的敷形涂层类型、敷形涂层的工艺流程及工艺要求、敷形涂层的去除方法、敷形涂层的失效进行了简要介绍。Conformal coating is an effective method to protect electronic devices from environmental damage.This paper briefly introduces the common types of conformal coatings, the process flow and process requirements of conformal coatings, the removal methods of conformal coatings, and the failure of conformal coatings.
