摘  要:为研究重庆曾家岩大桥加劲弦与上弦杆连接处特殊节点的静力性能,开展多杆件节点缩尺模型试验设计。为了确定板桁结合悬索加劲钢桁梁桥特殊节点节段模型合理的边界模拟和加载方式,将全桥多尺度有限元模型中得出的特殊节点各杆端截面的内力,采用几何约束和力边界在主桁平面内进行模拟,使得节段模型能较为准确地模拟特殊节点关键部位的应力分布规律。根据试验条件选定1∶2.5为试验模型的缩尺比例,进而确定静载试验荷载及加载方案;根据试件的荷载及反力,对大吨位反力台座进行了设计;并根据缩尺比例,对杆件间的连接、杆端局部加强部位、加劲弦嵌固端以及铰支座进行设计计算,最终确定了特殊节点缩尺模型的结构构造。在此基础之上进行了模型静载试验,顺利加载至设计荷载的1.4倍,结构整体处于弹性阶段,试验结果验证了本试验设计安全可靠,可为后续类似多杆件节点的静力性能试验研究与设计提供参考。In order to study the static behavior of special joint joint between the stiffening chord and upper chord of Zengjiayan bridge,design of scaled model test of multi-member joint was conducted.In an attempt to determine the reasonable boundary conditions and loadings for the special joint of a deck-girder composite stiff suspension reinforced steel truss bridge,the internal forces at the ends of members obtained from the multi-scale finite element analysis was modelled by such a combination of geometric constraints and force boundaries in the plane of the main truss that the stress distribution of the key areas of the special joint can be simulated accurately.The scale of 1∶2.5 was chosen according to the existing experimental conditions.And the magnitudes and application methods of loads were determined.The reaction equipment was design based on the magnitudes of loads and reaction forces.Moreover,the connection between members,the local reinforcement at the end of each member,the embedded end of stiffening chord and the hinged support were designed according to the scale ratio.Thus,the configuration of the scaled test model was finalized.Based on this,the static loading test was conducted successfully.The maximum loads applied was 1.4 times of design load.The structure remains elastic under test loads.The reliability of the test design was verified by test results.This test design can serve as a reference for future experiments on static load-bearing behavior and designs of similar structures.
