摘 要:为解决沉管隧道沥青路面铺装耐久性问题,对路面结构不同厚度(25 mm~75 mm)及模量(5 GPa~12 GPa)组合进行有限元计算,并通过室内试验进行了验证。结果表明:1)上面层拉应变远大于下面层拉应变,上下面层竖向压应力与模量、厚度组合相关性不大;2)上面层厚度分别为40 mm、60 mm时拉应变有极小值,不同铺装厚度组合对混凝土基面-下面层剪应力影响较小;3)40 mm上面层+60 mm下面层的厚度组合下,铺装具有综合最优性能;4)在最优厚度、不同模量组合下,上面层最大拉应变随上下层模量增大而降低,且对上面层模量敏感度远高于下面层,混凝土基面-铺装剪应力随上面层模量增加而略有降低,随下层模量增加而略有增加;5)以上面层拉应变为指标,上面层模量宜在可用范围内取较大值,下面层模量可不限制;6)60 mm上面层SMA16+40 mm下面层SMA13、50 mm上面层SMA13+50 mm下面层SMA13两种方案使用期内永久变形量分别为8.553 mm、9.098 mm,室内60℃高温动稳定度均大于5000次/mm,四点弯曲400加速加载疲劳寿命均大于100万次;7)结合隧道病害分析及力学指标,推荐采用50 mm SMA13+50 mm SMA13作为沉管隧道沥青路面结构。In order to solve the durability problem of asphalt pavement pavement in immersed tube tunnels,finite element calculations were carried out for pavement structure combinations with different thicknesses(25 mm~75 mm)and modulus(5 GPa~12 GPa),and verified by laboratory tests.The results show that the tensile strain of the upper layer is much greater than the tensile strain of the lower layer,and the vertical compressive stress of the upper and lower layers has little correlation with the combination of modulus and thickness.When the thickness of the upper layer is 40 mm and 60 mm respectively,the combination has little effect on the shear stress of the concrete base and the lower layer.Under the thickness combination of 40 mm upper layer+60 mm lower layer,the comprehensive performance of the pavement is the best.Under the optimal thickness and different modulus combinations,the maximum tensile strain of the upper layer As the modulus of the upper and lower layers increases,the sensitivity to the modulus of the upper layer is much higher than that of the lower layer.The shear stress of the concrete base decreases slightly with the increase of the modulus of the upper layer.There is an increase with the increase of the modulus of the lower layer.The tensile strain of the upper layer is used as the index,the modulus of the upper layer should be a larger value within the acceptable range,and the modulus of the lower layer is not limited.The upper layer 60 mm is SMA16+40 mm lower layer SMA13,50 mm upper layer SMA13+50 mm lower layer SMA13 The permanent deformation during the service life is 8.553 mm and 9.098 mm,respectively,the dynamic stability at 60℃indoor temperature is greater than 5000 times/mm,the four-point bending acceleration is 400με,and the loading fatigue life is greater than 1 million times.Combined with tunnel damage analysis and mechanical indicators,it is recommended to use 50 mm SMA13+50 mm SMA13 as the asphalt pavement structure of immersed tube tunnels.
