摘  要:为解决传统故障模式影响与危害性分析(FMECA)无法有效处理相关性故障对系统可靠性造成影响的问题,提出一种基于可靠性屋Ho R思想的优化方法以改进FMECA风险优先数RPN的计算方式,保证既能考虑到故障模式相关性对系统可靠性造成的影响,又能具备工程项目实际的可操作性。本文将该方法运用到双船打捞工程的故障模式风险评估中,通过对比传统算法危害性分析值与该方法危害性分析值,验证该方法的有效性。结果表明:采用该方法计算的结果更加准确,也更贴合工程实际。In order to solve the problem that the traditional failure mode impact and hazard analysis(FMECA)can not effectively deal with the impact of correlated faults on system reliability, an optimization method based on the idea of reliability house hor is proposed to improve the calculation method of FMECA risk priority RPN, so as to ensure that the impact of failure mode correlation on system reliability can be considered, It can also have the practical operability of engineering projects. In this paper,this method is applied to the failure mode risk assessment of double ship salvage engineering. The effectiveness of this method is verified by comparing the hazard analysis value of traditional algorithm with that of this method. The results show that the results calculated by this method are more accurate and more suitable for engineering practice.
