摘　　要：文章主要通过介绍国内外精酿啤酒的生产及发展现状进行分析,得出数字化建模和仿真技术在啤酒生产线上的发展应用和现实意义,介绍利用数字化技术仿真模拟啤酒生产线,利用NX和SOLIWORS软件对产线进行了建模,系统建立了准确、高效的统一的制造资源模型,实现资源即服务,建立了一套智能应用系统。介绍通过NX和SOLIWORS软件实现对生产过程的虚拟和优化,模拟自动化啤酒线生产的全过程,改进现有的啤酒灌装生产线控制技术,并结合虚拟环境的仿真和优化结果完成实际生产系统的设计,详细介绍了如何利用软件配置相关面模型的导入、动态设置、信号连接和虚拟调试,在精酿啤酒生产中如何实现虚实结合的数字化双胞胎技术应用,并将仿真结果用于实现生产的资源的优化配置,优化生产活动计划、提高生产过程控制精度,最终在虚拟的环境中完成整个精酿啤酒生产系统的建模和产线仿真。This paper mainly analyzes the production and development status of domestic and foreign craft beer, obtains the application and practical significance of digital modeling and simulation technology in beer production line, introduces the digital simulation of beer production line, and uses NX and SOLIWORS software to model the production line. A series of accurate and efficient production line models and a set of intelligent application system are established. Through NX and SOLIWORS software to complete the virtual and optimization of the production process, simulate the whole process of automatic beer production line, improve the existing beer filling production line control technology, combined with the simulation of the beer production line to complete the design of the actual production system. This paper introduces in detail how to use the software to complete the model import, dynamic setting, signal connection and virtual debugging, how to apply the digital twin technology in the craft beer production line,and through the simulation results to optimize the allocation of production resources, optimize the production activity plan, improve the precision of production process control. Finally, the modeling and production line simulation of the entire craft beer production system are completed in the virtual environment.
