摘 要:为筛选出高产、优质、适合不同用途的大面积推广的芦竹属菌草品种,对引种的8个芦竹品种(Lz1~8)进行农艺性状、光合特性、碳氮比等指标分析,结果表明:农艺性状中,在相同时间,Lz3、Lz5没有抽穗,其余品种有抽穗;在产量上,8个芦竹材料产量差异极显著水平可分为3个等次,按产量高低分别是Lz4、Lz2、Lz1、Lz8,Lz3、Lz7,Lz5、Lz6.Lz4产量是Lz6的5.2倍.不同地区的芦竹之间主要农艺性状变异丰富,变异系数14.55%~79.74%,其中以单株质量变异系数最大,叶片数的变异系数最小.在净光合速率方面,Lz6与其他地区的芦竹差异达到极显著水平(P<0.01),净光合速率最高的3个为Lz4、Lz2、Lz1,且差异不显著,与产量高低基本一致.8个品种碳氮比差别较小(40.42~51.92).Lz4、Lz2、Lz1、Lz8的农艺性状综合表现较好、产量潜力较大,可作为芦竹属菌草的核心种质,其碳氮比差异不显著,可作为食用菌栽培原料.In order to select high-yield and high-quality Arundo donax species which were suitable for large-scale extension of various purposes,comparative field experiments on 8 introduced Arundo species(No.1-8,short for Lz 1,Lz2,etc.)were carried out to clarify their differences on agronomic traits,photosynthetic characteristics and C/N ratio.The results showed that among the agronomic traits,Lz3 and Lz5 did not have the heading while the others did within the same period.All the varieties tested can be divided into 3 grades by yield,and were ranked in a descending order of Lz4,Lz2,Lz1,Lz8,Lz3,Lz7,Lz5 and Lz6;the yield of Lz4 was 5.2 times that of Lz6.The variation coefficients of main agronomic traits varied from 14.55%to 79.74%,which maximized in individual plant weight and minimized in leaf number.The net photosynthetic rate of Lz6 was significantly lower than that of others(P<0.01);it overall peaked in Lz4,Lz2 and Lz1,without significant difference among the 3 varieties,whose levels were almost in line with the respective yields.The C/N ratios were almost the same among the varieties.To sum up,Lz4,Lz2,Lz1 and Lz8 were rated as the core germplasms considering their favorable agronomic traits and relatively great potentials;they can be used as growing media for fungi as a result of insignificant C/N ratios.
