摘  要:采用平板稀释分离法、筛选培养基培养法和16S rRNA鉴定的方法,从福建莆田盐碱土壤中分离、筛选、鉴定得到1株耐盐碱能力最强的解淀粉芽孢杆菌(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens),命名为PT6-1.通过试验测定其生理生化特性和耐盐碱促生能力.结果表明,PT6-1多项生理生化特性呈阳性,在盐碱土培养条件下,施加PT6-1菌液对巨菌草株高、总鲜质量、总光合色素含量、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性相较于对照组分别增加了23.10%、45.73%、156.37%、68.14%、11.84%,对玉米各项指标分别增加了38.03%、123.02%、77.26%、18.25%、9.59%.PT6-1具有良好的耐盐碱促生能力,在盐碱地治理,菌草业、农业发展方面有良好的应用潜力.A strain of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens with the highest salt-alkali tolerance,named PT6-1,was isolated from salt-alkali soils in Putian City,Fujian Province by plate dilution separation,selection medium cultivation and 16S rRNA identification.The physiological and biochemical characteristics,and growth-promoting function on Cenchrus fungigraminus and maize were tested.The results showed that stain PT6-1 was capable of solubilizing inorganic phosphorus,fixing nitrogen and producing siderophore,and it also had certain growth-promoting potential.Application of PT6-1 aqueous solution was contributed to greater plant height,total fresh weight and total photosynthetic pigments content,higher peroxidase(POD)activity and catalase(CAT)activity of C.fungigraminus and maize,up by 23.10%,45.73%,156.37%,68.14%and 11.84%,respectively for C.fungigraminus,and up by 38.03%,123.02%,77.26%,18.25%and 9.59%for maize compared with the respective controls.PT6-1 had high saline-alkali tolerance and growth promotion ability,as well as great application potential for the improvement of saline-alkali soil,JUNCAO industry and agriculture.
