摘 要:为了解决锤片式粉碎机在粉碎菌草过程中效率低、耗能高等问题,对菌草的粉碎过程以及功耗变化情况进行研究,设计了一种新型锤片,并利用ANSYS Workbench/Ls-Dyna对锤片与菌草的碰撞粉碎过程进行了数值仿真分析.以转速、斜面倾角以及茎秆直径为影响因素,以最大碰撞力和平均功率为试验指标进行单因素试验,确定各个因素的取值范围;通过多因素试验得到最大碰撞力以及平均功率的回归模型,在茎秆直径为22 mm的条件下以最小平均功率为主要优化目标,以最大碰撞力为次要目标得到最佳参数,即转速2623.18 r·min^(-1),斜面倾角7.12°,在此参数条件下,最大碰撞力95.37 N,平均功率165.15 W.In order to solve the problems of low crushing efficiency and high energy consumption in the process of mycelium crushing,a new type of hammer tailored to the crushing process of JUNCAO and dynamic power consumption was designed via ANSYS Workbench/Ls-Dyna software.Single factor tests of rotation speed,inclination angle of inclined plane and stem diameter were firstly conducted to determine the maximum impact force,average power value and parameter ranges for subsequent multi-factor test.Then regression models of maximum impact force and average power were established through multi-factor test,based on which the optimal working condition was obtained with minimum average power and maximum impact force being the primary and secondary objectives by response surface methodology.The results showed the optimal parameter setting comprised stem diameter of 22 mm,rotation speed of 2623.18 r·min^(-1)and inclination angle of 7.12°,with the maximum impact force and average power reaching 95.37 N and 165.15 W,respectively.
