摘 要:取消中间传动环节,采用直线电机驱动能克服传统机械压力机传动机构带来的惯性和误差,但传统的直线导轨在低速时存在死区爬行,高速时阻力和损耗成倍增加。采用磁悬浮能实现冲头驱动的无接触导向,使成形设备在速度、加速度和定位精度等性能得到进一步提升。本文首先比较永磁直线电机、超声直线电机、音圈电机、平面电机等直线驱动方式,并介绍磁悬浮的基本原理、直线驱动磁悬浮和多自由度磁悬浮平台的结构。分析磁悬浮直线驱动设备的国内外研究和应用进展,在此基础上,提出实现高速精密成形的电磁悬浮驱动的几种可行结构新方式。The elimination of intermediate transmission link and the adoption of linear motor drive can overcome the inertia and error caused by the transmission mechanism of traditional mechanical press,but the traditional linear guide rail has dead zone creep at low speed,while the resistance and loss increase exponentially at high speed.The magnetic levitation can realize the non-contact guidance driven by the punch,which further improves the performance of the forming equipment in terms of speed,acceleration and positioning accuracy.Firstly,the linear driven modes such as permanent magnet linear motor,ultrasonic linear motor,voice coil motor and plane motor have been compared in the text,while the basic principle of magnetic suspension,linear drive magnetic suspension and the structure of multi degree of freedom magnetic levitation platform have been introduced.Based on the analysis of the research and application progress of magnetic levitation linear driven equipment at home and abroad,several feasible new structural modes of electromagnetic levitation drive for high-speed precision forming have been proposed.
