摘　　要：在数控板料冲压自动化生产线中,企业的加工板材尺寸大小、厚度、材料往往不一致,这引发了自动上料分张不均的问题。为了解决平板板料分张中的双料问题,在市场现有的分张方法基础上,本公司进行了技术改进,设计了两种分张装置,应用在自动化设备中,大幅地提高了分张的成功率和稳定性。In the CNC sheet metal stamping automatic production line,the size,thickness and material of the processed sheet metal are often inconsistent,which leads to the problem of uneven automatic feeding and splitting.In order to solve the problem of double sheets in sheet metal splitting,based on the existing splitting methods in the market,technical improvement has been conducted.Two types of splitting devices have been designed and applied in automation equipment,which greatly improves the success rate and stability of splitting.
