摘　　要：多工位压力机纵梁腹面冲孔生产线是一种全新的柔性纵梁冲孔生产线,其冲孔单元是线上用来选模、寻孔、冲孔的重要设备。本文对纵梁进行工艺分析,设计了多工位压力机冲孔生产线的冲孔流程和冲孔单元排布。进一步为了满足冲孔工艺要求,设计了一种用于多工位压力机的新型纵梁腹面冲孔单元,可以配合多工位压力机实现寻孔、选模、冲孔的功能。The multi-station press punching production line for the web of U beam is a new flexible punching production line,and its punching unit is an important equipment for die selection,hole searching and punching online.The process of the U beam has been analyzed in the text.The punching process and the layout of punching units of the multi-station press punching production line have been designed.Furthermore,in order to meet the requirements of punching process,a new type of U beam web punching unit for multi-station press has been designed,which can cooperate with the multi-station press to realize the functions of hole finding,die selection and punching.
