摘 要:全自动激光去溢料机中的推送机构使芯片模组在机器中可靠输送,实现封装后溢料的精准去除。针对采用Solidworks软件完成造型和装配设计的推送机构,利用Simulation插件的有限元分析功能,对该机构分别进行自由和约束状态下的模态分析,研究其在振动情形下可能导致的零部件结构变形及原因,以此为依据提出合理的结构改进建议和措施,以保证零部件乃至机构设计的准确性和合理性。该方法也可用于自动化设备整机设计的合理性验证与结构改进和优化。The push mechanism in the fully automatic laser overflow remover enables the chip modules to be reliably transported in the machine,realizing the accurate removal of overflow after packaging.Aiming at the push mechanism which uses Solidworks software to complete modeling and assembly design,the finite element analysis function of Simulation plug-in has been used to conduct modal analysis of the mechanism under free and constrained conditions respectively.The structural deformation of parts and reasons that may be caused by vibration have been studied.The reasonable structural improvement suggestions and measures based on this have been put forward to ensure the accuracy and rationality of parts and even mechanism design.This method can also be used to verify the rationality of the whole design of automation equipment as well as improvement and optimization the structure.
