摘　　要：本文介绍了一种新型多工位自动冷镦机切断保险装置。该机构可在切断连杆所能提供的最大切断力不能满足切断坯料所需力时保护切断滑块、切断箱或者主机关键件不被损坏,当意外发生时主机及时停机。该切断保险装置是在自动冷镦机传统切断结构的基础上进行的改进设计,与传统切断机构相比具有结构简单,安装维护方便,避免关键件损坏等诸多优点。对提高制件加工效率,保证安全生产,实现柔性控制等都具有重要意义。A new type of multi-station automatic cut-off safety device for cold heading machine has been introduced in the text.This mechanism can protect the cutting slider,cutting box or key parts of the main machine from damage when the maximum cutting force provided by the cutting link cannot meet the maximum cutting force required for cutting the blank.When an accident occurs,the main machine stops in time to ensure the interests of users and minimize the loss.The cut-off safety device is an improved design based on the traditional cutting structure of the automatic cold heading machine.By comparing with the traditional cutting mechanism,it has many advantages such as simple structure,convenient installation and maintenance,which can avoid damage to key parts.It is of great significance to improve the machining efficiency,ensure safe production,and realize flexible control.
