摘  要:选择新戊二醇为桥连原料,与3,5-甲酯进行酯交换制备新型受阻酚抗氧剂,并通过原料配比控制复合液体产品组分,以自主设计的工艺条件实现新型复合大相对分子质量液体受阻酚类抗氧剂的绿色制备,探索了反应温度、反应体系压力、催化剂及反应时间等因素对产品质量的影响。设计了完整的绿色合成工艺条件,原料转化率达到100%。We selected neopentyl glycol as the bridging raw material and transesterified with 3,5-methyl ester to prepare a new type of hindered phenol antioxidant, and controlled the composition of the composite liquid product through the proportion of raw materials, so as to realize the green preparation of the new type of composite large molecular weight liquid hindered phenol antioxidant under the independently designed process conditions.On this basis, we discussed the influence of the reaction temperature, reaction system pressure of catalyst and reaction time on product quality. As a result, complete green synthesis process conditions were designed, the raw material conversion rate was up to 100%.
