徐胜珍分期论治糖尿病肾病的经验

摘　　要：糖尿病肾病是糖尿病最常见的微血管并发症之一,目前现代医学以对症治疗为主,但患者的预后不佳。徐胜珍主任医师认为,糖尿病肾病的病机多属本虚标实,虚实夹杂,本虚为气阴两虚及脾肾阳虚,标实为瘀血、湿邪及浊毒,治疗上采用分期论治,以益气养阴、温肾健脾、活血化瘀、利湿泻浊为治则。徐师自拟益肾养阴通络方及温肾活血降浊方治疗糖尿病肾病,效果明显。Diabetic nephropathy is one of the most common microvascular complications of diabetes.Currently,symptomatic treatment is the main treatment in modern medicine,but the prognosis of patients is poor.Xu Shengzhen,chief physician,believed that the pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy was mainly deficiency of primary and deficiency of primary and deficiency of primary,deficiency of both Qi and Yin and deficiency of spleen and kidney and Yang,deficiency of primary and deficiency of spleen and kidney,deficiency of blood stasis,dampness and turbidities,treatment by stages,with Qi and Yin,kidney and spleen warming,blood circulation and blood stasis removing,dampness and turbidities removing as the treatment principles.The prescription of Yishen-Yangyin Tongluo and the prescription of warming kidney and activating blood and lowering turbid temperature were prepared by Shi Xu and showed obvious effects in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.
