摘　　要：在推动经济高质量发展进程中,离不开有效市场和有为政府的协调配合,政府引导基金作为财政资金引导效应工具,应不断推动行业的发展,其与高质量发展的内涵和实现路径具有高度契合性。运用政府引导基金支持经济高质量发展的作为空间广阔,微观层面可以助力各类实体企业转型升级,中观层面可以强化产融结合和提升相关产业链价值,宏观层面则能够支持我国经济实现可持续增长。在发挥政府引导基金作用的同时,也要不断优化其运作管理机制,更好服务于供给侧结构性改革的深化。In the process of high-quality economic development, it is inseparable from the coordination and cooperation of an effective market and a promising government. The government-guided fund is a leading tool of financial funds, continuously promotes the industrial development, which is highly related to the connotation and realization path of high-quality development. There is a broad space for using government-guided fund to support high-quality economic development. Government-guided fund from the micro level can help all kinds of entity enterprise to transform and upgrade, from the meso level can strengthen the integration of industry and finance and promote the value of the relevant industrial chain, and from the macro level can support national economy to achieve sustainable growth. While giving full play to the role of the government-guided fund, it is also necessary to continuously optimize its operation and management mechanism to better serve the deepening of supply-side structural reforms.
