摘  要:我国铁路卸污系统发展至今已经历了多个阶段,目前铁路车站和动车段(所)使用的最为广泛的真空卸污系统未充分考虑高原环境下的运行状况,难以满足高海拔、低气压、高寒低氧的特殊工作条件,存在着卸污效率低下、故障频繁、能耗高等弊端。因此研发一款能够适应高原铁路的卸污设备并进行推广是当下亟待解决的问题。文章结合青藏铁路的多年运营经验,组织相关单位研发出一种分布集中式真空卸污系统,并且进行了试用。作为新一代铁路真空卸污系统,它的设计弥补了前几代系统存在的安装和使用的不足,推广使用这一成果将显著解决列车在高原特殊条件下卸污能力不足的问题。The development of China’s railway sewage discharge system has gone through many stages. At present,the most widely used vacuum sewage discharge system in railway stations and motor train depots(posts) does not fully consider the operating conditions in the plateau environment, and it is difficult to meet the special working conditions of high altitude, low air pressure, high cold and low oxygen. There are drawbacks of low sewage discharge efficiency, frequent failures,and high energy consumption. Therefore, it is an urgent problem to develop and promote a sewage discharge equipment that can adapt to the plateau railway. Based on years of operation experience of Qinghai-Tibet Railway, this paper organizes relevant units to develop a distributed and centralized vacuum sewage discharge system, which has been put into trial use. As a new generation of railway vacuum sewage discharge system, its design makes up for the deficiencies in installation and use of previous generations of systems. The popularization and application of this achievement will significantly solve the problem of insufficient pollutant discharge capacity of trains under the special conditions of plateau.
